How to book a saxophonist in KenyaFour steps to a held date

Your date is held once the deposit is paid.

  1. Step 1: Enquire

    Send your date, venue, event type and expected guests through the form or on WhatsApp.

  2. Step 2: Confirm

    Ian confirms availability within 24 hours and sends a quote.

  3. Step 3: Secure your date

    A 40 percent deposit holds the date. Dates are not held until the deposit is paid.

  4. Step 4: Final check

    Ian confirms the details with you about a week before the event. The balance can be paid on the day.

Do you bring your own sound equipment?

Yes, if you need it. Ian can provide a full sound setup, so you have one less supplier to arrange.

How long do you play?

Most events run 2 to 3 hours in total, played in sets of 30 to 45 minutes with 20-minute breaks in between.

Can you play requested songs?

Yes. Send your requests when you book, including your aisle and first dance songs.

Do you perform outside Nairobi?

Yes, across Kenya and beyond. A travel fee applies outside Nairobi, based on location.

Can you play alongside a DJ, band or MC?

Yes. Ian regularly works alongside DJs, bands and MCs.

How far in advance should we book?

At least a month ahead is best, but get in touch for any date. Your date is held once the deposit is paid.
